At the AGM 2019 FOSSUK adopted a new Constitution with a large attendance at the @SwissEmbassyUK. After the formal proceedings Ariane @Rustichelli74 director of the Organisation of the Swiss Abroad @SwissCommunity spoke about the importance of #Evotingfor the #swissabroad

HE Ambassador Alexandre Fasel @SwissAmbUK and Sarah Lagger updated the Swiss citizens in the UK on Brexit. His assessment "It's all sorted". Let's hope it he is correct. Suzanne Egloff from the Swiss Benevolent Society explained how they plan to help Swiss in Need of assistance for their Settled Status application. More information on assistance available on the Society website >

The cultural programme included a presentation from Swiss writer and painter Alexandra Lavizzari.

Followed by entertainment from a Swiss singer living in the UK, Elena Flury, who also sang her song from her first single, released a couple of days ago.

The event concluded with a reception hosted by @SwissAmbUK which allowed people to catch up with old friends and make new acquaintances.
