UK in Switzerland - British Embassy Bern Official Travel Update

Update 4 August: The UK has been removed from #Switzerland's list of countries with a #COVID19 variant of concern.

The rules to enter Switzerland from the UK have been updated!

Anyone who can prove that they have been fully vaccinated or have recovered from Covid can once again enter Switzerland from the UK and does not need to go into quarantine. This includes those that have been vaccinated with AstraZeneca. For more information on which vaccines meet the requirements, go to: http://bag.admin.ch/.../quarantaene-einreisende.html...

The previous rules still apply for those that do not have proof of two valid vaccines. This means that you are only allowed to enter Switzerland with a valid residence or work permit and will have to go into quarantine.
