The elections for the Council of the Swiss Abroad for the term 2025-2029 are coming up, giving Swiss citizens living abroad the chance to shape the future of their representation and influence key issues impacting the Swiss community around the world.
Representing the interests of nearly 800,000 Swiss citizens living outside Switzerland, the Council is the “Parliament of the Fifth Switzerland.” It advocates on your behalf, working with Swiss authorities to tackle unique challenges like voting rights, social security, and staying connected to Swiss culture.
