Join us for a peaceful and grounding outdoor yoga session in the heart of London with (Swiss!) yoga teacher and movement specialist Laura Glaser.
Meeting Point: Central Rotunda, Lincoln’s Inn Fields (near Holborn Station)

Time: 11.00 – 12.15 (Please arrive by 10.45)
Laura brings over 20 years of experience in yoga, dance, and somatic movement, offering a deeply supportive and inclusive practice. Her sessions draw from a rich background that includes dance instruction, Thai yoga massage, and yoga for women’s health. Expect a welcoming, embodied flow suitable for all levels – perfect for easing into your weekend with calm and clarity.
After the class, we’ll head to The Pear Tree Cafe (inside Lincoln's Inn Fields) for tea/coffee/snacks.
