Swiss (Inter) National Day Pembrokeshire, South Wales
Swiss in South Wales

We, Elisabeth & Beat Wheren shall be ready to welcome you on TUESDAY 1st AUGUST from 1400h onwards at our place, beatsfronhaul.co.uk in Little Newcastle, Pembrokeshire and you can hang out until late. (no 'Polizeistunde' here)

Too far to return home:
If you'd like to overnight and pitch a tent? No problem either.

The celebratory menu from the pondside BBQ is once again, on very popular request no less (by 1), the same as last year.

Price of food:
At a snip of £15.00 only, per person. Not reflecting the present food cost hike.

Welcome Drink:
A welcome drink & a bite of Ticinese spicy tomato bread (not from Aldi), will be credenced in person by our dear friend and assistant Norman Waldron, followed by:

Menu:
* Breaded Pork Schnitzel
* Peas & Carrots
* Pasta

Puddings:
Any donations of a pudding/dessert will be appreciated by all.

Music:
We shall also have some live musical entertainment.

Charity:
The charity we support this year will be the very local church of St Peter, Little Newcastle, and the community hall "The Old Schoolhouse". All the financial contributions by our guests will go towards this cause. We do all the work and pay for the food stuff and welcome drinks, i.e. no deductions at all.

To keep yourself hydrated, you'd better bring something liquid along too. The pond water might not be too tasty.

the event will take place whatever the weather:
Not to worry, sunshine has been ordered and in case it gets delivered in liquid form, we can squeeze into some dry spaces.

Please be aware that you might also be invited to participate in bidding at an auction of some rather useless items. So please don't forget the wallet at home. It's all for a good cause!

Invited are friends from far and wide, we don't ask to see your passports but are looking forward to welcoming you to a day out of the ordinary. Children and four-pawed friends are of course welcome too.

RSVP by no later than Friday, 28 July, please.
